Mobile Home Division (Manufactured Housing)
This division of our company is devoted to the sale of mobile homes (manufactured housing), which are the most affordable housing option on the North Shore today. Mobile homes, also known as Manufactured Homes, are built in a factory.
Each home conforms to the US government's Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards (HUD code), rather than to local building codes. Since 1976, each home or segment of a home is labeled with a red tag that is the manufacturer's guarantee that the home was built to conform to the HUD code.
We are Board Certified Manufactured Housing Valuation Appraisers (BCMHV) in accordance with the National Appraisal System. This certification allows us to not only provide appraisals for mobile homes as personal property, but also allows us to do HUD FHA Title 1 manufactured home repossession appraisals. Our appraiser is 1 of only 60 people in the country with this designation.
